About
With over 22 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, I have worked my way through every stage – from engineer, manager, and managing director, to business owner, coach, and trainer. Having built, grown, and sold successful businesses within the sector, I know first-hand that companies don’t need coaching or training – people do.
Throughout my career I’ve led technical teams, designed complex HVAC solutions, negotiated major contracts, and developed sales and operational strategies. But the part that truly drives me is helping people unlock their potential, build confidence, and create sustainable growth, both personally and professionally.
Working with individuals, leaders, and entire organisations, I help develop the mindsets and behaviours that allow people to thrive. Whether it’s supporting engineers stepping into leadership, helping sales teams perform at higher levels, or working with directors on commercial strategy, my approach combines business coaching with proven NLP training techniques.

I often refer to this as helping people find their edge. A carving knife without a sharp edge still looks like a knife, but it doesn’t perform. Many individuals and businesses are only a few small adjustments away from real breakthroughs.
